was wondering if there are any people that run special tires for snow. I run about 5-600 miles of riding in the winter on snowmobile trails. A few guys on the 450's are running maxxis 4snows an the kenda snowmads, an they are supposedly all the rave. But, I can't seem to find any that fit the stupid 11 inch rear gay ass rims that honda decided to put on the 700xx. Really didn't wanna have to buy rims just to put on some tires. what are people running an if you are running snow tires an had to switch wheels whats a economical option?

The AMS Zipper is just like the maxxis 4 snow and comes in 22X10X10 so you'd need new rear rims.

so, what are the most econimical rear wheels for our xx's? I may just pick up some 10" rear rims for more versatility. There are quite a few places in NH to ride snowmobile trails legally, a bunch of state parks, berlin etc... anything you wanna know about ridin in nh can be found at atvalliance.com go to the new england forum, there's a TON of decent people on there an we all post rides on a weekly basis.
