I'd simply go up another tooth or two on the front sprocket. It's simple and cheap to change and experiment with.

Those are your options. Change the tires or change the sprockets more. That's about it

If I remember correctly you basically canceled yourself out on the sprockets. You went up too which would of made u faster then wend down on the rear. I would try changing the rear back to the 37. That is about it since it seems you don't want to change tires. Only other thing is to do engine mods sounds like that is as fast as the bike will go it needs more power to go faster

No he had it right on the sprocket. Smaller in back=faster

X2. Just imagine riding a regular 21 speed mountain bike and looking down at the sprockets as you ride. Biggest in the front and smallest in the rear is hard to pedal meaning tallest ratio.

Smaller in back and larger at front is right.:atv:

I thought there are other possibilities.
For example, other gears for the reduction Gear.

Maybe we could have exchanged the gears from left to right or to buy other in the U.S.
Then I do let me think of something

Reduction gear really don't reduce much, can't remember but it isn't much over 1:1. Like others said, not many other options but tires/sprockets. More power will get a little more on top end, unless your already hitting limiter.

:beat: ...^^^^^ did not read first post
I read it, I was suggesting for him to try a 17t or smaller rear sprocket. It would be much cheaper than a taller set of tires or splitting the case to try and have a reduction gear made.
