Been riding my 700 for 2 years and im ready to start upgrading it. Just ordered the trail tech clamp and looking to get Flexx bars. Looking to get the 14 quad racers. Just dont know if I should go with the standard height (116 mm) or the lo (92 mm). Wondering how each would compare to the stock handlebar height when added with the trail tech clamp. Would I have any issues with cable or electrical wire length with either of them? Any help would be great.

I'm 6'3" by the way.

You will have issues with your cable or electrical wire length. I use the cr high bend pro taper evo bar(3.75" tall) and the brake light wires going to the bottom handle swith are 2" to short. The trail tech clamp sucks with the stock length wiring harness.

I currently have the standard Quad racers on mine.. the Lines seemed to be fine with the Trailtech clamp they were a little Tighter but nothing to worry about. I bought mine a while back and they are a great bar.. and cant take some abuse too... Enjoy them.

Just when I thought I couldn't be anymore confused :) From what I can find online, it seems to me that the trailtech clamp with the quad racer lo would be roughly stock height and the standard quad racers would put them about an inch higher. Does this sound right?

From what Someguy is saying, it sounds like either would work with the stock electical wires and brake/clutch cables.

That is correct Either would work... and yes it is a little higher.
