i will be getting a red 2005 trx450r with alba exhaust and probably a few other goodies in a trade deal im making, i would like to trade it for a nice wolverine for my girlfriend,simply to have an automatic. or i will consider trading for a polaris automatic or any other type of sportish auto quad.but my first choice is the wolverine for auto and 4X4

i would go with a honda rancher or any honda utility atv simply because they are way reliable plus they have a better tranny honda is the only atv that doesnt have cvt tranny on there utility atvs, no belts to break or slip when they get wet.

The Wolverine is a great machine IMO. My ex GF has a 2008 Wolvy 450 and it's a really nice ride. There was never a problem with it ever and I did the maintainence on it. It pulled me out quite a few times when I went in places I shouldn't have gone. No problems with belt slippage and we always rode in wet, muddy, sloppy conditions.

my gf is about 100lbs soaking wet, the quad will never see much stress.
