something you should do is have the rockers hardened ,that intake side looks a bit scorched where it hits the camshaft. if you were to put in a hotcam you would have to do that . and I would also do the oil mod I came up with to get more oil to the came shaft .

if you were to grind off that part of the rocker and it still not roll over then you would have to replace the rocker and the camshaft .

Thanks for the advice, It seems like I can save work, I will check the valves, hoping not to find any surprises (the photo is not mine).
Initially, after first oil change, I thought I can traveling about 1000 km, and then change it, without checking level, during these periods. Well, I was wrong, the next oil change, oil that came out was very little, and also very dense, despite it was 10w30. Now I'm a little worried if cams, rockers, are intact, now, oil is always at the highest level and even more!...

Thank you,
but I just found this picture,
however, they still seem to me in good condition,
I would put the signature, if I find mine at least in these conditions!

I have not tried to remove it and install the cam with out it. I thought the decompression lobe was a necessity. I will try removing it and turning the engine over and see what happens.

Thanks!

unless you have a cam with some over lap its not going to rollover
