Perfect, I am looking to get a set ASAP so I will calling up discount tire tomorrow.
Thanks for the info, I loved the Razr2's but it was around $515 shipped for the set and GBC are around $350ish a set (at $165 cheaper I have to try them out), but they seem hard to find.

Dannyboy,
I really think you will like the tire choice. I have 3 sets of these, one set on my 700xx and one set on my 400ex. The third is mounted on wheels for spares but I never had to use them. Knock on wood but I have never had a flat. The traction is great for all conditions.

If for some reason you are having a hard time finding them, it might be because GBC changed the name of them. Here's an article that lists the new name.

Wow, That is sweet. I like the X-rex on a TRX sound better than the XC Master, but I wonder how much better the profile changes and compound upgrades will make it. And if the price will get driven up at the same time (many companies use re-brandings to get a higher price with minor improvements).

I agree on the price increase and the name, we kind of all knew it would happen as popular as they have got. One thing though is they will always be cheaper then the Razr otherwise they would have people searching for an alternative like they did for the Razr.
