Review of Sealsaver Palmsavers

Just posting this up real quick because they made a huge difference on my trail ride this weekend. I bought a pair of Sealsavers Palmsavers a couple weeks ago b/c no matter how much I ride and what type of gloves I wear, I get the worst blisters of anyone I know. I'll let them heal and turn into callouses and they'll just rip off leaving me with painful open cuts all over my palms. These neoprene Palmsavers have literally extended the amount of time I'm able to ride on the weekends from maybe 6 hours and wanting to bury my hands in ice to over 8 hours and not developing a single blister.

This is where I bought them if you want to check them out http://shop.sealsavers.com/product.s...1&productId=11

Also, a lot of prior reviews that I read said they are uncomfortable under your gloves, I think they feel paper thin, and after maybe 2 minutes of riding I couldn't even tell they were on. well worth it for me.

After seeing everyone with brutal blisters on the Hatfield McCoy trip. I figured I would bump this thread and put up a fresh link (the original link is dead) If you ride more than a couple hours at a time or are going to be riding back to back days... GET THESE! In Hatfield my first day there we got completely soaked and were soaked till I left. If I rode without these I would have holes in my hands. I got one single little blister on my left hand after 3 days of hard riding..

Yeah normally I have a couple pairs on me and would've let you guys use them, but I gave them all away over the last year. No one wants to give them back!

Yeah, I only ride without them when I wanna build some calluses. I have never gotten a blister riding with them. Another thing that helps is putting some baby powder in your gloves, this will help with moisture as well, killer combination.

I use those for semi-rough riding... work great.. however for the long rough rides, I love the Moose UnderWare liners... a set of gloves that go under your riding gloves... work even better!
