I had a couple blasters as a teen, then a 400 two smoke scrambler. I rode street bikes for years but due to a job change I decided to go back to ATVs and ended up on the xx.
As far as my street bikes I've had 3 GSXR 1000's ('02, '04, 07), CBR 1000 ('03) , and a Ducati 1098s ('08). ATV's a 2005 Recon 250, 2008 400EX and 2008 700xx. Dirt bikes Yamaha YZ250, and a Honda CRF450.
well if we are counting streetbikes I've had a '86 kaw LTD454, '93 VFR750, '98 magna, '99 VFR800, '05 kaw ZZR600, and a '04 SV650s. I also rode a '96 VFR750 of a friends for a while. I like honda's V-4 if ya can't tell
I rode a 400ex with yosh slip on, weisco 11:1, Hot cam st. 1, ishock 5500, and works quadstar rear. Great machine! Heres a cub scout show I did with some friends, I hit that jump for the first time 1 week prior. I did free style for 1 month before I decided it was too risky.
Started out on a Warrior 350, it was a good machine to learn on, but quickly wanted more after trying a buddy's Z400. So I got a Z400 and kept it 3.5 years. That was a fun quad, but it was getting tired and I didn't want to go into the motor. Then bought the Raptor 700 and thought it was the best thing around, until I discovered the 700XX. Gotta love hobbies:lol:!
Way better machine than the Kawi in every which way. As for the Renegade it's hard. The Gade is way quicker off the line. 700xx has it mid to top. The 700xx is a bit more fun with jumping and wheelies. The ride and handling is better on the Gade regardless of the difference in weight. My shocks are rezzies and are setup up perfect though. They're 2 different machines and hard to compare. If I was only able to have one quad, I'd pick the Gade. It's the best all around quad built. imo. The 700xx is the best sporty for my riding style. If that makes sense.lol The 2up 800r Limited is a cruiser and excellent for long trips.
Where should I start, I've been riding for a long time.....
1982 Kawasaki KLT200, 1984 Honda ATC200X, 1986 Honda ATC250R, 1993 Yamaha Blaster, 1999 Yamaha Banshee, 2003 Cannondale Cannibal, 2004 Kawasaki KFX700, 2007 Kawasaki Brute Force 650, 2007 Honda Rancher 420TE, and now I have added the 700XX to the list. The only one I still own other than the 700XX is the Rancher.

Interesting, the Renegade is a good looking quad. It definitely looks bulky but I'm sure its comfortable to ride. I bet if I were older I would probably choose the Renegade.
well as for me i had 400 ex first quad, then a 700 raptor nice quad but solid axle sucks, 700 grizzly imo best utilty on the market, but it aint a XX lol, i love my honda!!!!!
You're crazy with the Grizzly 700. We have 2 08's in the family and they're the two biggest POS bikes. Ergonomics are horrible.Stall all the time. 3 axles in one, 2 in the other. Won't start in the cold. Worst handling bike out there with the power steering.
That's my Uncle. He's a Yamaha nut. Yamaha underwear, socks, you name it. Something is wrong with his bike all the time and he still thinks it's the best.lol
In the dirt RM250, LT250R still have my LT500R.
On the street I had a 86 Maxim 700 and still have 86 Ninja 1000R with big bore kit, Mikuni RS flat slide carbs, V&H head work and exhaust, +1mm intake valves and
Shadbolt Stage 3 cams, too name a few.
1992 Suzuki DR 350. I loved that damn thing. Ran it til it couldnt run any more. Thats when i made the switch from 2 wheels to 4, with twice the cc's. MUCH better
