moped help

OK so I got a preety new moped for free the thing has 100 miles on it it needs some crab adjustment tho..the problem is when u rev it up its fine untill you get high in the rpms then it just boggs down and will stall..and its shooting gas right out the exhaust so I guess its running rich..well how should I go about adjusting the carb?there's 2 screws on the side of the carb not sure what either one does..

Its amazing how far a KFX 90 will fly if you go fast. 15' is her current record.

One screw will be to set tickover and the other fuel/air mixture.. Possibly rubbish needle valve flooding engine..
Either way being chinese i would not bother with it as im surprised it made it to 100 miles without breaking.
Some use plastic parts on the fuel system that dissolve in petrol !
