Yeah that's fast but Damm I count 5 guys down one side of the car and one in front with one in rear. Not sure if it was 4 or 5 per side, but atleast 10 total. They must use one retainer per wheel. Nascar has traditional 5 lugs and studs. Just recently the officials stopped policing the lugs. So if you get 3or4 on its cool. I've seen some stops just under 11 secs. That's with 1 jack man, 2 tire carriers and 2 changers, one fuel man does 2 cans. And there not aloud over the wall until the car is within 2 Pitts of there own. I remember when 15 secs was fast. Well hell back in the 70's they'd be on pit road for mins. Pull in pop the hood have a smoke going, pass driver a sandwich ect...
