When I purchased my 700xx, I never consider'd the Outlaw either. I was mainly shopping on a budget, and had narrowed my search down to 2 quads. The 08 700xx and a 09 Brute Force 650 4x4. The Kawasaki was 1K more in price, a year newer, but heavier and 50cc's less. I was torn between sport and utility quad. I loved the looks of the 700xx, and the price was sweet low to mid 4k. I talked with my cousin, who has ridden about everything with a motor. And he assured me the Honda was reliable and could go most anywhere they ride. He also said you could have a lot more fun on the sport quad, you just get dirtier and there faster. So I saved the 1k and bought the 700xx and so far I'm pretty pleased with my choice.
