Sad day

Memorial day ride in West Virginia to Ten mile mud boggs. I raced a Kfx700. Blew it away, but also blew a hole in my jug! My Trx days may be over. I wish I lived closer to Rockingham Nc. uploadfromtaptalk1401050910718.jpg

Idk enough about it to tell if just top end damage. And hate to put all that money into it to find lower damage as well. There's a local wrench coming by in a hour to pull the jug and give me a estimate. I seen on eBay 2 motors for $2200. A top end build probably easy $1500. So idk I may be done if more than top end damage. It sucks but I did smoke the Kfx700. I think I have video but not sure till I get to a pc. And I'm in the sticks!

I love the 700xx, so nothing else really appeals to me. And idk on hrs. I'd guess 400 tops. I've had it almost 4 yrs now.

Pictures update I didnt get a photo of piston, but it was trashed. I do have more pics including piston shots on my gopro. Estimate was $400 labor and parts guess $800 for new titanium valves and big bore clylinder kit uploadfromtaptalk1401072152025.jpguploadfromtaptalk1401072171574.jpguploadfromtaptalk1401072194559.jpg

So there was no lower end damage? If not I'd spend the 1200 and put the big bore kit on it since you already have a lot of money in add ons.
