Instead of riding today, I decided to show my quads some love.

It was a beautiful day and perfect riding weather but I was in a cleaning mood, instead of riding. So I bought a bottle of S100 Cycle Cleaner and a can of Maxima SC1 and went to work. This was my first time using these products and was quite satisfied with the end results.

Looking good

I also enjoy the detailing part of cleaning the quad or car. I get great results from the Mcquires supreme shine. Like $4 at wal☆mart.

I read about a few products that have the same results at a cheaper price, so I may use one of them the next time cause the SC1 is $12 a can here. I usually just wash my quads and leave them alone but with the black fenders on the Honda, they have lost their shine where the green Kawasaki fenders still look new. I am thinking about buying either the Orange or White Maiers.

I love the smell of Sc1. You could also just buy a graphics kit for under $200.

Ha! I agree, the shop still smells like the stuff. I haven't even looked at graphic kits, guess that is where I will go now. LOL

I've got amr graphics on my quad I have the reaper package. They are super high quality and have withstood an awful lot of punishment over the last 2+ years and only one little corner is peeling a small bit. But it's in a spot where my leg rubs on it constantly. I would definitely get another set if the time comes but so far I don't see them wearing out anytime soon.
