To much snow

We got 12" of snow over the weekend, our township declared snow emergency wich allowed atvs on the streets. Had alot of fun on the roads while it was snowing but now the roads are clear and the emergency is over and the xx goes nowhere in a foot of snow.

Snicker, snicker.... Sorry guys but I live in California and WE don't get snow where we don't want it. I've been watching the news and just laughing my ass off watching everyone dig themselves out of 1-2 feet of snow. We get liquid sunshine and can ride all year long for the most part.

I might have done a little better with different tires, I`m still burning up the stockers. Still to deep, I`m hoping it will melt down a little so I can get some riding in.

Not sure if that is how it works in all states, check with the governing body that governs atvs in your state. In Pa it`s DCNR ( Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) Here it states, "ATVs may be operated on streets or highways during periods of emergency, if declared by the jurisdiction, or when necessary to cross a bridge or culvert"

Riding season just started last month for us south westerners. Well, it's pretty much year around except for the two months of 110+ weather. And then we usually just go north and hit up the cooler climates. I love the cold and the occasional snow, but I couldn't live in a place where it's constantly below 20 and measures the snowfall in feet. I feel like Vegas has the perfect weather for 10 months out of the year. Except for the wind, Chi town doesn't have anything on us.
