I'm sorry to say...

I may have to retire from riding... My health is none too good (heart problems and 2 small strokes) plus I'm just old (67) and now I'm having back problems. I haven't been to ride all summer and time will tell if I can ride this spring... BUT, I still plan on being around to annoy the other members.

Thanks for the good wishes... As for trading in my 700xx on a SxS... NO don't want a SxS, would probably finally sell it to my riding buddy, he's wanted it for a long time. BTW, he rides 2 YFZs at this time.

Be well, brother.

Drink your juice, take your vitamins and live to ride another day!

Where you come from is gone. Where you thought you were going to weren't never there, and where you’re at ain't no good unless you can get away from it!

I kinda misspoke... "Riding" for me may be different than other riders. When I ride, it's at high speed, I don't just putt around. If I can't just let her rip because of my health, then there is no point for me.

Hang in there maybe you'll get your second wind, As I recall you went through a bad spell awhile back, and pulled through.

Thanks, but that "bad spell" as you put it was my last stroke and I still have issues from it... such as very weak on my left side and we've all heard "Help I've fallen and can't get up"... I'm there. Can't get to my feet when I'm on the ground... dangerous when riding.

Have you had a history of high blood pressure?
