Headlight mods?

Just looking for ideas. Has anyone ever done headlight mods to their stock headlight? I'm looking into adding some colour, or halos, or maybe some other way of incorporating LEDs. Is it easy to open the headlight enclosure of a 700xx?

I would imagine it would be like any other headlight, bake in an oven at 200F for 20min.

You can replace the bulb but my suggestion would be to add a light bar to the front bumper and another to the bars; both with quick release pins for ease of installation and removal... I have actually blacked out my stock headlight due to being fragged and it just looks better blacked out...

In the " How to area look for the thread called "HID Headlight Install"

Also they sale direct replacement led bulbs on eBay. To gain acess, you remove the headlight cover (6 allens) and then 4 10mm bolts to remove headlight assembly. Then just untwist counter clockwise.

I'm waiting on my bulbs now! My lowbeam on one side went out.

I heard those LEDs aren't that bright that's why I went with HIDs instead, only down fall of HIDs is there's no low beams anymore.
