Awesome Deal? $2k and 50 hours?

So I have been looking for a second quad for about 3-4 weeks waiting for a great craigslist deal. Well I think I scored the other day. Guy posted it up and I bought it within 3 hours.

I got a 2008 700xx for $2k. He was the original owner and he had the dealership install an hour meter on it which has only 50 hours and will show the RPM's after initial startup.

The quad is super clean and properly maintained. The quad literally didn't need anything. The original owner was very anal.

I paid $2500 for my 2nd quad. It had a shit ton of top end motor work 58 hp. Also came with lots of extra parts including a heavy duty clutch kit and original tires. I beleive you've mentioned a few issues so far, so it's hard to say how good of deal you really got. The main thing is that you have one now!

No issues. I thought the vibration was an issue. Its just normal with the big single of a motor, spoke with the dealer tech. The quad is in perfect shape with 50 hours. So the only thing i have done is change out all the fluids.

So you don't need a clutch or tires? And as far as the vibration issue, I guess my 2 quads are abnormal or at least I don't notice it.

No the clutch was perfect, it was because the first ride was on ice lol. The tires didn't need replacing but I wanted to gear the quad more towards mudding and trail riding so I got new tires for it. I will post one up now....
