In my opnion the gopro's are the easiest to use and can now be purchased that film in HD. Their wide angle lense is somthing that takes a little getting used to when you watch, but when compared to say an ATC2K, it looks 100x better.

I would get a gopro.

Moving to general discussion though...

I heard alot about the go pro and go pr ohd, they have a chanel on youtube, check it out, seem pretty stable, reliable and the hds quality is impressive, to me anyhow...

Get the gopro, just make sure you get the SD card they tell you to get otherwise it may not work :(

My vote would be for the ContourHD 1080p. Check the reviews it gets higher ratings than the GoPro
