Hey Chuck this one's for you

Hey yall, just wanted to drop a couple pictures on here for chuckie. Sorry i don't own a XX, but i rode one, loved it.... then we used the teryx to pull it out of a half frozen lake. funny. Just built a new roll cage. Chopped the the corners off under both seats to help prevent getting high centered on rocks. Added Walker Evans Racing Shocks in all 4 corners, and built shock towers to adapt the longer shocks, and fix kawi's crap geometry problems. I race in a local MX series in Florida with a UTV class, and also running in a UTV Rally Raid series that is starting up here in the south. hope you enjoy.

pcone,
Great looking machine! Couldn't help but notice the quality of the roll cage and the fine fuel cell. You certainly have the bucks tied up in that UTV. Rear lights are sweet.

He had to make all the modications after I moved out of the house b/c he just couldn't keep up w/ anything.....just so everyone knows, pbcone and I are navy buds, and he is just about as sarcastic as me LOL. He did pull me out of a frozen lake once or twice that I broke thru, but the first time he had that out trail riding w/ me, he broke through a swamp in the middle of winter, and talk about a pig getting it out. The ice was pretty thick, and the water was easily 30 inches deep, and it tooks us a few hours......and we all cuddled together afterwards to get warm LOL. And Matt, you should post a link for the video where you rolled it.

2008 700xx; Power Bomb header with power core 4 exhaust, Power Programmer III, pro armor nerfs, prm products control front and rear bumpers and full skid, 10" ITP rears, ITP Baja's fronts, RZR 2's all the way around, Uni filter, 13t sprocket, CCP steering Damper, DS450 shock swap, Dual Gasser Throttle, bar risers and Moose barkBusters. 730XX kit plus other engine mods!

I can get some air.... but i'm not clearing much over a 15-20 ft table. Ya chuck i wish i had that video... but denice (the girlfriend) was taking the video, and well she got distracted by something shiny and missed everything except for the dust cloud after it was all over.

I'm trying to keep the engine as stock as possible because i know the headaches that mods can cause... and stock machines always live longer. With that said, i am looking into a few engine mods now that i'm getting more into racing because the exact machine with something as small as after market exhaust can get that 1/10 sec off the hole shot that puts you in first around the first corner and with the bigger machines running standard mx tracks its sometimes hard to pass.
