E-track Tie down system

Just got a new 76"x16' trailer. not sure how long the link will be good but.

http://www.buckeyetrailers.com/InventoryItem/4051

Anyway it does not look as tie down friendly as my last trailer. So I was looking at the E-track options. I'm looking for thoughts and opinions on these two items on eBay.

Funny, I was riding at a buddies house today with my daughter and he showed me the etrack system and how easy it was and we got to talking and 3 of us are all going in on purchasing some and re-decking our trailers.

I really like the way it works and all the different points to tie down will make it easier to strap down to. When I trailer just my 700xx its no problem using the spots on the side of my trailer but if I take a second quad it becomes a pain in the ass. The e track system will make it a lot easier to find a strap down point. I say go for it, I like it a lot. It might be a little pricey to start but I think it will be worth it for ease of trailering multiple quads.

Yes if the e-track is mounted properly it is very strong. I strap 2500 pound circuit breakers to the e-track in my work truck and it holds great with no problems.

Well I think I'm going to try this out. My trailer is 76"x 16' so Im going to get 6 of the 5' sections. Center them 3 each on outside 2x and screw the piss out of them. And I will just leave a 6" gap in between each section of track. Not sure if I will bother with buying the 12 end caps. That same eBay seller has a 10 pack for $18.00

Received the E-track today. Painted it with a few coats of cheap spray paint.

Then center'd it up and screwed it down with S/S screws.

Also order'd a lot of 20 Extra Heavy Duty Commercial Grade E Fittings with 1.75" O-Ring and locking spring. Used to secure nearly anything, rated at 6,600 LBS. Breaking Strength!

Thanks guys! And yes I sold my 2010 5x14 Trailer, and got a new 2013 76"x16' with tandem axle single brake. It was okay for 2 quads but when the whole family would go, we'd look much like the Clampetts!

Those are among the best tie downs. Good job on that. When I had my old enclosed car hauler, they were through out it along with some one the walls, mainly for tying down bikes out of the way. Work great, and I love how you can adjust where the hooks are. Everything looks nice on the trailer, besides the POLARIS lol. JK, but when I go with DaGirl on vaca, her buddy that comes has two of those Scramblers, red and orange, and we use his trailer that is a little wider than yours so they fit flat. I've been looking into getting a smaller toy hauler that will fit 3 quads, no luck yet on anything for a decent price.

2008 700xx; Power Bomb header with power core 4 exhaust, Power Programmer III, pro armor nerfs, prm products control front and rear bumpers and full skid, 10" ITP rears, ITP Baja's fronts, RZR 2's all the way around, Uni filter, 13t sprocket, CCP steering Damper, DS450 shock swap, Dual Gasser Throttle, bar risers and Moose barkBusters. 730XX kit plus other engine mods!

We'll I'm hoping now with the 76" wide they can sit flat on my new trailer. The old 500 4x4 Scrambler was stolen. but I have 3 more smaller Polaris quads for kids now. Try looking down Florida way on the hauler. Or this place in Indiana,
