This thread reminded me of a old youtube fan, at 1st I posted it in the Platinum club. I have to share this video now. This guy says his quad stock has 63 hp. And with a racing 15t or 16t front sprocket it could easily reach 120 mph. At the 3:05 mark in video. And he says in the messages that it wont hit the rev chip till 100 mph stock! There is some foul language in this so don't watch with kids around. But if you want to see the worlds fastest stock quad click link below...

His other trx video he states it has a 3.9 gallon stock fuel cell. He talked smack and then when I dropped to his level he blocked me, this all steamed from him thinking I rigged the race video with me and the Renegade 1000 X xc. If any of you have ever seen a 1000 exhilarate out of the hole, there amazing!

This guy is a tool, he should've cleaned up his language for youtube because you never know who's gonna be watching the video. What rider doesn't know their own quad and what's on it?? I mean, not to know what front sprocket you have? Our quad does not have a "fuel cell", it has a fuel tank... a fuel cell is way different... capacity is about right.... tank = 3.01 gal. + reserve tank .95 gal. = 3.96 gal. total.

Well seams you two must be the only ones with the extra gallon fuel tank/cell or what ever you wanna call it. Mine is only a 3 gallon tank, 2.1 with .9 reserve as far as I know. So for you all with the 3.96 tank it wouldn't be worth the investment for the IMS 4.8 gal tank around $250.00, but I've been thinking about this upgrade for a while..

I got my fuel capacity figures from the service manual on page 1-5... but, I've never needed my full capacity for most riding anyway... always am back at camp to fuel up and go again... I ride with others who'd run out way before I would. An IMS tank would be a waste of $$ for me.

As for others who need or want that extra fuel capacity, then it would be worth the investment.

BTW - I ride with friends who have kids with small quads with small tanks.

I think the total capacity includes the reserve. I am pretty sure stock is approx 3 gallons total including reserve or at least mine was. I believe the stock HP is 39-40 HP.

11:1, Web Stg2 cam, PCV, Powerbomb/Powercore4, Razr's all around. Air cleaner lid mod, Uni filter, HID Lighting, 6 pack rack, Motion Pro twist, L8ton 9/16, DS/Elka shocks, IMS Tank, Grip heaters
