700xx owner in the Hudson Valley NY

Hello guys, just picked up a 08 XX. This thing is an animal! Im in love all over again! I have been reading for a few months everyone's post on just about every thing. Loads of good info on here! I do how ever need a good recommendation on tires and wheels. I would love to go after market but I dont wanna break the bank. I would be happy with oem wheels I need a front one bad! has a big dent in it the other 3 seam to be ok. The tires how ever are done, multiple plugs in each one and as smooth as my grandpas head! what do you guys thing is my best tire of choice for tires? I just followed A 4 page tire post about the GBCs and the Razor II's. Also are the front wheels the same lug pattern as the 450 and the 400 Honda quads? Would like too keep it cost efficent because there are tons of other things I would like too do sway bar, skid plates and so on! Thanks ahead of time guys

1st Welcome to the club! The lug pattern for both front and rear is 4/144. Best tire in most peoples opinion is the Razr II. They don't make a Razr II or the GBC for the rear 11" rim thou. So you can go with the regular Razr's, or a lot have went with the Kenda Kutter. Rockymountain has the Douglas .190 rims at a good price. When you get ready for skids go with this guy or pay more...

Im from up around the Binghamton Area. Glad to see another NYer got one. I may be getting rid of mine though. If on a budget, try to GBC's, can't go wrong w/ douglas or ITP rims for the price. I'd offer you an old set of mine, but they are pretty beat up.

2008 700xx; Power Bomb header with power core 4 exhaust, Power Programmer III, pro armor nerfs, prm products control front and rear bumpers and full skid, 10" ITP rears, ITP Baja's fronts, RZR 2's all the way around, Uni filter, 13t sprocket, CCP steering Damper, DS450 shock swap, Dual Gasser Throttle, bar risers and Moose barkBusters. 730XX kit plus other engine mods!

Marist, and I rode the rail bed (unsafe) to other properties that appeared to be used by other riders. I would gladly take a day and re-live those days! I am in the rim and tire market as well. So I will be ready for a ride if you have places as well

Welcome fellow Hudson-Valley'er. I'm in Orange County. And I used to live in Suffern, right next to Mahwah.
