700xx Future Owner... Maybe

What's up guys? I ride an '08 KFX450r right now, and have a 250EX for the girlfriend. Well, since the 700xx came out, it caught my eye. Thinking about upgrading from the 250 in the near future, so I'm on here to talk and learn about the 700xx. We ride mostly woods, which I think the XX would shine in. I know it's a totally different animal than my 450, but having both might be the best of both worlds! If not an IRS quad like this, we MAY consider a utility... Time to start reading up.

I would LOVE to. Dealers don't do that here, but I may be able to talk someone into on the trails, haha. Like my KFX, there are many on the local trails I ride. Mostly YFZs, 450Rs and utilities.

This is a personal question but is she light? I'm only 140 and the rear shocks are pretty stiff. They are stiff but still probably softer than your 250. The 700xx is amazing for woods riding, you can keep up with the 450's one day and follow your friends utes through mud the next. When stock the xx pushes a bit when riden very fast but a couple little mods like rear sway bar and upper front a-arms fix most of that. If you do get to ride one ride it for more than 10 minutes because it takes a little while to adapt from sra. Its best to sit up on the seat and go around the turns more like a track car than rally car.
