There's a drain bolt by the t-stat housing. It's the bottom right bolt near the hose clamp towards front of quad. I tried to take picture but it flipped it...

Moved thread, this is not a how to, but a how should I.

mike700xx2008,
Suggest you look in the owner's service manual. I use the Honda HP Coolant. It is a 50/50 premixed product so no guessing on how much to use. Just my opinion

Trying photo again right bolt. Don't forget to bleed air out of system. And like Sid said the manual is great for this info. If you don't have a copy send me a pm.

It can overheat. The air will get trapped in the motor so no coolant. It also prevents the system from reaching the proper pressures.
Just idle it with the cap off the radiator until you see the level drop and or coolant moving thru the radiator.

Yeah, you need to bleed the air out. I think manual says to idle quad 4-5 mins then crack the throttle 2-3 times. Top off fluid and replace cap.
