I have a Barkers with the EHS lid and programmer... no issues, except with the quiet core (flange broke, but replaced and modified... no more issues) no issues with the exhaust at all. Sound is deep and loud, but still below 96db been tested several times, by USFS, SORRA, all passed.

If you go with the Sparks X-6, spring for the ceramic coating.

It's like extra $50.00 keeps the header looking like new.

I have an early model of the Barkers... never did have any fitment issues. I haven't repacked as yet, so I don't have an answer for that question. Just a bit of brazing where the flange meets the tube to add some strength.

I thought you said you had a controller, but if you do need one, there's one on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/261655043681...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
