Sprocket Suggestions

So after 6 years of owning my quad getting around to switching out the front sprocket and need some advice/experiences people have had with them. Currently my quad has 727 big bore kit, port/polished head with 5 angle grind on valves, stage 3 hotcam, two bros juicebox pro, and full fmf exhaust, so plenty of power. So the question is should i go down a tooth to 13 or up to 15. andddd go!

1st question is what size tires you running? If stock 22" rears personally I'd go up to the 15t. Mine right now has plenty of low end torque with the 14t. I plan to try a 15t this summer, but I stroked a standard bore and added stage3 cam. But in the end only you know how the quads reacts, and what you are wanting out of it.

true that, mine is stock, I put the bear claws on and went to a 13t, i do alot of work with it on the farm so the lower speed is easier on the stuff i tow and easier to check the fences.

Its amazing how far a KFX 90 will fly if you go fast. 15' is her current record.

20x11x10 rears. Mainly wanting a mean trail machine. Most the trails I ride are twisty woods trails with alot of straights to open er up. Right now all the people I ride with dont stand a chance keeping up out of the hole or wide open. I ordered a 13t last night so going to see how that works. 15t may be ordered so I can compare.

If you rarely get into 5th then maybe go down a front tooth, if you spend a lot of time at high speed go up a tooth..

20" and a big bore kit. My opinion the 13t is going to work that motor alot harder than needed. And when I ride tight trails I seldom use 4th let alone 5th gear. 3rd gear pulls to 40mph. And your alrdy given up top speed with the 20's, so unless your struggling now to keep it running in low gear, I'd leave the 14t on there. But try it out you may like pulling 3rd gear hole shots.
