I'd be calling whom ever sold you the wrong controller, and also questioning the fact that FMF doesn't even make a power commander! There both a dobeck style controller. Here's a video from EHS Racing may help you set it up. But I'd talk to who sent you the wrong stuff!

So this is what i got from the fmf programmer which i told my case:

Hello There,

*

Thank you for choosing the FMF Power Programmer/Wiseco programmer manufactured by Dobeck Performance.* Dobeck Performance manufactures fuel controllers for over 80 different private labels; FMF Racing and Wiseco being two of them.

*

The Wiseco controller should work great on your 2008 Honda 700xx TRX.* These controller are all manufactured by us here at Dobeck Performance and all of the units work in the same function.* Each different private label has the ability to input different programming into the controller’s however most of them are extremely close setups.* I would suggest using the Wiseco’s posted settings for your bike as they will be in direct relation to any difference in programming they might have done.

*

If you have any troubles get the unit tuned for your application, please don’t hesitate to get ahold of us.

*Sooo i called wiseco and they gave me a basic setting for my trx 700xx.xx
