confused.

I have read two views... I just purchased a full HMS system, but I did not buy the EFI tuner. I beat the hell out of my quad. Do I need the tuner?

Yep, I dont know what else you have (need to fill out your signature) but this has been gone over many times before. Get one (preferably a PCIII or a Dobeck style and your Honda should live a long life. Without one, and adding any other mods and you will be very unhappy in short order. Just my opinion.

08 700xx Barker's exhaust, Mod Quad intake, 13t, PCIII with Bo White map, Precision Steering Stabilizer, L8TON Sway bar, PRM side bars, PRM full skids, Pro Armor Dominator front bumper, RAZR2 on front, RAZR on rear

If you installed a header, Yes you will need a programmer.

yes, I am going to have a header with it (full system) so I should just go with the HMS EFI? It is an HMS system. Or is there a better one that you guys would recommend?

A lot of people on here seem to like the Power Commander, myself included.

HMS or HMF? If your looking to get a standard dobek controller I would recommend EHS Racing or Alba.
