leaking fluid out intake?

Hey all, so im replacing the steering stem and i left the quad on the rear tires and grab bar over night. came out this morning and theres a puddle of oil and what looks like red tranny fluid, not sure what the red stuff is... but traced it back and its comming out of the intake, through the filter and down the back. Is this gonna cause a problem when its time to fire it back up? anything i should do?

Mine does it when it's stood up straight. All I did was check oil levels and it run fine. All I do now is not to leave on the grab bar overnight.
