700xx flame from exhaust?

Bought the big 3 from ehs racing. Barker exhaust, efi controller and lid for filter. Now I started it and didn't seem right with videos I watched and such. So I revved it and it threw spark/little flame from exhaust even with spark arrestor. Any suggestions?

Garage
I've herd they will blow out some of the packing when new. Hell some say, riding behind a new Barkers is like riding in a snow storm. So probably nothing, but if it continues to be a issue I'd call Ehs racing for support. In the mean time don't ride in dry forest like conditions, lol.

I'd check the controller settings first and make sure they're right on. I'd also check my initialization to make sure there are NO air leaks. When you think about it, a spark arrestor does very little, except make the Forest Service happy... small sparks will still get through... you know, the kind that never hit the ground as sparks. Sounds like you're running very rich to have flame come out your exhaust... hence the suggestion to check the setting on your controller.
