Ecm blowing fuse

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my trx700xx blowing fuse and shorting the ecm.this happen on the trail the first time, so I replaced the fuse for the ecm and replaced the ecm. I then started checking for shorts on wires feeding from ecm to sensor with a meter, an found no shorts. I started it, an it ran for a few minutes, as soon as I hit the throttle a few times, it blow the fuse again , I ohm the power on the ecm and its was shorted again. I'm not sure why there is a over current when I increase the RPM. I check the injector, bank sensor, the ignition primary circuit, coolant sensor, Iacv sensor. Any suggestion ?

Over current does seem odd, but maybe check the regulator?
