No movement on it yet sadly, kinda hesitant since its going to be so expensive. But I did find a shop here that would port my head. Once I get started on that I'll probably start buying the parts little by little. I did the math and its going to be close to about 4k$. Can't seem to find the keys either so that sucks but I know I can just buy a new switch worst case scenario. Thinking about getting clear radiator hoses to replace the OEM ones, what do you think?

4k yikes! That makes the rebuilt one on eBay for 3k a deal! Also seen a bottom end motor with newer crank and timing chain for $1500. For 4k I'm sure you can start over and buy a complete running quad.

Well, it'll be close to 4k including the full exhaust and programmer which is like 900$ right there but without that it'll be probably closer to 3k. And for 1500$ I'll be rebuilding the bottom end myself. It's about 600 for the 2 crankcases, about 550 for the hot rods stroker bottom end kit so 1150 and then a bit more for all the bearings I'm gonna be replacing. Main reason I don't wanna just go and buy one is that's going to be for basically a stock bike. After I'm done, it'll be pretty far from stock. If I hopefully install everything right that is...

The engine on eBay for $2799.99
Was rebuilt by a dealer in Nebraska, if you click on info it will show you there name, PowerSports Nation I think. And they also include shipping info freight free, for you to send old engine to them. And they offer $200 - $400 core refund. So you'd probably be the $200 side. And all work is done but R&R. Plus 90 day warranty.

Idk just something to think about. Anyway you go it's gonna be expensive. I'm glad when mine blew it was only top end. And I was able to get some good deals on a head and some other parts from members here.

Yea, no wonder why it looked familiar. I probably disregarded it because it didn’t have a stroker. But honestly, I’m thinking of getting it with a regular crank for the reliability since I’m guessing the stroker makes it less reliable right? And how good is the hot rods cranks? Thanks.

Also, the used engine is back on sale: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F162966124494
