Cooling fan help/question

My motor overheats, has anyone or does anyone know how to wire in a toggle switch to run the fan whenever you want it to run.I'm talking about eliminating the stock control of the fan,and basically running the fan full time once the engine is running via toggle switch. My 450R is on a simple growing set-up and i just have it on full time. 700xx needs a different set-up, toggle switch style for after the Estart gets her heart pumping

Yeah but I think the issue needs addressed, I wouldn't just apply a band aid.

Of course I plan to address the fresh top end it needs, but for now I simply want to want to bbtbe able to switch the fan on whenever it's up to operating temp to keep it cool as possible. I was hoping someone knew which wire to tap into with a toggle switch.
On my trx450R ts a simple ground wire, the 700xx is still a mystery to me.I'd rather not fry anything experimenting

I put a regular On/Off switch on mine and is very easy. Just peel the positive wire of the fan and connected to one side of the On/Off switch. Take the other wire on the switch and connected to the positive on the battery. And you’re ready. The good thing about it is that the temperature light wich is red, stays functional. Hope it help you.
