08 700XX Idle Issues

Hello, I'm working on a customer's 08 700XX and it seems to idle up and down some. Not much.. maybe about a 3-400 rpm difference. Mainly when you have it sitting there in N or clutch pulled in.. stab the throttle and it'll drop down to what sounds like a normal idle, maybe 1500 idk. Then slowly drop down a little then idle back up. My biggest issues is stalling from reverse. Backing up quick, then it'll stall in the transition from R to 1. At first I thought it was clutch drag (warped steels), but it's not. I'm thinking maybe the IAC/TPS (same unit on throttle body) ? Are they cleanable? Is that even my issue? I'm going to go ahead and rule out electrical, and rule out fuel pump, because this thing runs like a beast. Just annoyed that it sometimes idles up and down and stalls when flooring it, then letting off.

It has a big gun exhaust. I have yet to take the body panels off and look for a tuner. I know some people like to hide them. Airbox lid is ON. UNI filter, new.

I have not pulled the plug yet to look, but I will.

Thanks.

Update**********

There is no programmer. Fuel injector still has stock plug in on it. Most tuners go between those connections and act as a middle man.

Also, the idle issue is when i hit the throttle every time. When i give it gas itll drop below idle every time and slowly come back up. Whether i floor it or just give it 10% throttle itll drop below idle then come up. Also if i stab the throttle really fast it doesnt really bog.. it just takes a second to catch up. I would automatically assume ifs a fuel delivery issue. Too much or too little. Typically adding a pipe and not touching the fuel system results in a lean condition, but this one for some reason acts rich? I do see just a tad of black smoke when revving hard in N.

Remove air box lid and no change.

Oh well. Any ideas?
