sad what weight oil should be used

changed my oil for the first time with help from a thread on here and use 10w40 but i was told i should of used 20w50 what do yall think ????

I run 10w30m during the winter, 10w40 for the summer

I just changed my oil today and used 10w-30, its what the dealer gave me.

2008 RED/BLACK 700xx
EHS/Barker Big 3, UNI air filter, 10" ITP T-9 wheels, front tires Razr2 22x7x10, rear tires Razr2 22x11x10

It's basically depends on where you live and what kind of riding you do. If you live somewhere hot in the summer and are doing more trail riding then anything else, go with 10w40 which is good enough, winter or cool weather long cruising trails, 10w30

thanks guys i was worried but i live in florida and it is summer so i guess im ok with 10w 40
