For the more educated.

Let me see if i can make any sense of this...... ok bigger front sprocket is for top speed and smaller rear is for top speed...i know that.... the question is 1 tooth larger in the front is equal to how many teeth smaller in the rear? anyone got a clue?

ok because i was not sure about going to a 15 front so maybe i will consider a 35 rear instead or something......thanks

I would try the 15 in front first for a few reasons. 1) will be cheaper 2) easier to get at and change 3) more accessible parts wise.

A couple sites so you can compare what different sprockets will do.

2008 700xx; Power Bomb header with power core 4 exhaust, Power Programmer III, pro armor nerfs, prm products control front and rear bumpers and full skid, 10" ITP rears, ITP Baja's fronts, RZR 2's all the way around, Uni filter, 13t sprocket, CCP steering Damper, DS450 shock swap, Dual Gasser Throttle, bar risers and Moose barkBusters. 730XX kit plus other engine mods!

less than 3 i usually figure 2.5 but 3 is close its

14-37=
37/14 = 2.64 ratio

15-37
37/15 = 2.46 ratio

14-34
34/14= 2.42 ratio

14-34.5 (if you could do a 1/2 tooth)
34.5/14 = 2.46 ratio

you dont have any of the half tooth sprockets? thats what your supposed to use with the half link master links

I thought every one ran half links and sprockets?? lol But thanks i never thought of putting it in to ratios that makes a lot more since to me now!
