Simple Power Gains

What do you all recommend for simple power gains that a guy can "bolt on" or put on without much experience?

If I put on a new exhaust, will I need to do some tuning?

Open to any and all input. Right now, my T-REX is bone stock!

13 tooth sproket for the front is a must for trail riding and all i have so far is an fmf slip on and an fmf efi programmer yes you do have to give it just allittle more fuel with just a slip on and through an aftermarket air filter on it

slip on and programmer is what I would suggest. But I wouldn't get the muffler without a programmer.

Uni air filters are inexpensive and well worth it.

Is it difficult to work with a programmer? I have seen comments about a PCIII. Is this good? I am looking at a Yoshimura exhaust. I don't think I want to make any air box changes at this time ... too many changes all at once and I am asking for problems ...

What do you think of this plan?

IMO the PCIII was the way to go, but that's just me. They already have maps that you can download for your quad even though it's still got all the stock parts. (no need to learn how to "program anything)

Filter won't net you noticeable gains. My UNI cost me like $25 from Rocky Mountain ATV.

BTW if you take out the splash baffle out of the airbox all you get is a dirtier filter.

Yoshimura makes a damn fine exhaust, I almost bought that from Dave too. (Dave is the official clubb700xx officinado since he's now had 3 different brands not counting the Honda one it came with)

Remember a stock quad will benefit from a programmer no matter what (albeit small) since almost all stock quads come running lean from the factory.

I hope this helps....
