In-gear starting, and reverse limiter

OK, so I decided to wrap two threads into one.

First, I don't remember ever having to be in neutral to start this quad, and suddenly I have to be. Is this normal, or am I imagining things??

Second, how do I disable the reverse rev limiter? I hate it.

Thanks all

The XX has a problem starting in gear for some crazy reason, mine does the same thing once it gets hot.

On the 700xx they have a clutch switch, so you can turn it over in gear with te clutch pulled in, or if you have a aftermarket clutch lever you have to join the wires together,

I highly recommend getting rid of the reverse limiter too. I hated backing up a hill or out of some mud and the darn thing dies when you give it some gas. Its an easy fix and well worth it.
