Tension Stopper

Hrmmm Working my way down the Manual for removing head.

Asking me to remove cam chain tensioner lifter bolt and sealing washer. ok easy enough.

Then it says to rotate the tensioner shaft clockwise fully and stop it with the "special tool"

wtf do i get one of those.....

skinny screw driver, but you only really need to do that when reinstalling the tensioner. just take the two mounting bolts out and pull the tensioner out, two 8mm head bolts i think

Take all the bolts out and then bump the side of the cover with a dead blow hammer to break it loose there isn't a gasket for the head cover it's just siliconed to the head
