It's the set up I have and I love it. Just a note here: Get the air box lid with the optional side vents... add in a UNI filter and you're good to go. I don't know what if any sound limits you have in your area, but kit with just spark arrester puts out about 103 to 104db... with quiet core, it's under 96db.... without too much loss in power. I have both and switch between running without to with in about 5 minutes. This includes adjusting the efi controller.
