Illinois Powersports Engine Build

Ok I finally got my build all done and dynoed. I was waiting to post info about it till it was all said and done. I will post dyno charts both for my build and side by side with other builds that were dynoed on the same dyno with the same tires by the same person. This will give a great comparison to options you have available. We just did the dyno runs yesterday.
My builder is Jay Jahns owner of Illinois Powersports and he is a great guy to work with his number is (630) 365-6722 and email at [email protected]

So now down to business. What was done.

It put out 61.52 HP and 48.24 TQ I will put the dyno charts together and try to get the rest of everything posted tonight. Just wanted to start putting the info out there for anyone who is interested. I am very happy with both the build and the service I got at Illinois Powersports!

That sounds like a pretty good number. I'm not real familiar with the xx and its builds. I would be very happy if my build came out close to that.

Well I got the dyno charts set up. I will be posting 4 different charts each with explaining what is being compared. All of these were done on the same dyno by the same guy using the same tires. I think it will show one of the best comparisons around for that reason. All dynoed at Illinois Powersports by Jay.

The first one is pretty basic and doesnt need much explaining.
My build compared to the EHS Big 3
