Oils???

what is the best oil? is synthetic ok? what do you guys run im curious right now i running spectra and idk how good its doing for me, let me know, my engine seems loud, a lot of vibration.

Well i use fully synthetic oil, its a good grade oil. As long as you change it frequently you are safe, any brand will do.

I have talked to several honda shops. They all recommend hp4s.

2008 700xx

Motul 300v 10w40. If only it wasnt $17 a quart... best protection you can get for your bike though, better than amsoil. As long as your oil doesnt have moly in it you are good, moly causes the clutch plates to slip too much.
