Exhaust Trouble

I just got back from my 2nd ride ever and looked at the pipe and it had changed colors on the end and looked like it got hot. So I took it apart and the end cap is fine but the piece that holds the packing in actually melted and then the packing must have started to blow out cuz its missing about half of it on the top section cuz the top bolts come out. Was wondering if anyone else was having any issues with them.

What are your juice box settings at? Do you have stock air filter? With stock juice box settings chances are you'll run a hair lean if anything. Velocity/K&N air filter will make it run leaner. Have you checked your plug?

What type of silence are you using, the P3 or P1, if it's the P3 then it's causing too much back pressure which is then melting the packing, one of the 2Bros tech told me this.
