Need to know what type of vavle for shocks

I have the DS 450 shocks on order and I need to what what type of valve to gt for them and the valve for the rear shocks. I have a friend that is going to do it but I need to get the valves. I have no clue what to get and where to get it from. I am clueless about this. I do mostly trail riding and some are rocky. I am 185 lbs not sure if that was needed

Thank you in advance,

Not to sound like a SA or anything, but if your trusting your friend to do this. Don't you think he would have the answer's to the above questions?

You got a point there. I guess I wanted some information to make sure he knew what he was doing. At the end of the day I decided I am sending the DS fronts and my rear shocks to ian at monster Performance. I want to make sure its done right
