Looking for a wider stance

So I get the feeling that my 700xx is super narrow. After reading a few posts I'm gathering that 10/7 rears with the 4+3 offset is the way to go. Am I saying that right? And as far as the front wheels go, some say spacers are good, others say it's a bad idea. If I don't have to replace my front wheels, I'd rather not.
Does anyone know for sure what the actual overall width is on the 10/7s are, installed? Does a lot of that depend on the tire choice? Most of the time my 700xx is transported in the back of my Escalade and I only have 50" of width back there. Well I assume it's 50" because I just ran outside and measured my Avalanche and they should be identical beds.
Does anyone know if they will fit? Is there another option I should check out instead?
Thanks in advance

With the 10in rear with that offset it will not fit in your truck. I have a 2014 avalanche on 28's and it will not fit. I had to get a trailer. As far as fronts I was told the 3+2 offset.

Damn. Thanks for the info. I guess I should just do the 11/16 sway bar and see if it helps the narrow feeling from body roll

The tailgate is down anyway. Tie the quad down with the rear end on the tailgate.

I don't think the front will fit if he change the front wheels with the 3+2 offset
