Pr Armor Nerfs question

Are people still having issue's with pro Armor nerf installs or have they corrected that? Any weld issue's with the nerfs?

08 Black/Black 700xx,13T,Ricochet Full Skid Plates (line-x),Pro Armor Nerf's (line-x),PRM Black Egde Bumper\Black Desert Grab Bar (line-x), EBC pads & Galfer Wave Rotors,Trail tech X bar's & riser clamp, Odi Rogue grips,UNI air filter,

I ordered mine less than a month ago. The install was easy. All the holes matched and they included longer bolts.

Did you have to trim the plastic at all?

I did not trim it, the only thing I notice that the plastic near the foot pegs stays loose cause the factory heel guards was holding. But other than that the rest was pretty simple. What I did to make the install pretty simple was to put in place the nerf bars, put its respective nuts and bolts, don't tighten em till the end when you are sure everything fits correctly.
