Sand Tires???

What the heck do I do? Can't find any that fit an 11in rim.

Any suggestions?

Your best bet is to go with 10" Douglas or ITP wheels such as these: https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...s-Wheel?v=6960

That will open up a whole lot more options in sand tires. You could also go up to 12" but, again, paddle tire options are fewer for the 12" wheels.
11" wheel was an oddball size and not many companies made tires for them.

Currently: 400ex, Lexx MXe, K&N w/outerwears
Outlaw 525 IRS

Unfortunately they don't show the bolt pattern on RockyMountain, but you can specify your machine and it should be fine. You can always call if you want to be sure.
