Rear shock swap

I've been doing some research on possible rear shock swaps, and I think I have found a match. It turns out the rear shock from a 2005-2007 rmz450 dirtbike looks bang on! 19" center to center, with 1" width upper and lower mounts. Our stock rear mounts are 1" width, and shock length is 19.5". I haven't had the chance to try this swap yet, but it looks promising. The only issue I can see, would be clearance for the reservoirs. I think the reservoirs will fit between the frame, but may not clear the mounting points of the frame mounts. Unlike the front ds/ltr swap, I wouldn't recommend grinding out the rear mounts because of its rolled edge, and the chance of comprising the structural integrity...but, I could be wrong. If anyone out there has interest in this swap, and knows someone that would lend a rmz450 rear shock out for an hour, then please give it a shot!
