Yeah bottom eyelet is fine. Top is 20mm or 3/4". I'd set rebound & compression in the middle to start. And adjust from there. Also set your sag or preload where front is slightly higher than the rear 3/4". Which may involve adjusting the preload on the rear. Also I had to notch my top eyelet on the quad, so take your grinder or file with you.
