I'd go with the DWT for the $10 differance. And what you save on the GBC's will help offset the cost of wheels. As long as being wider in the rear isn't a problem for you. Imo the 700xx looks alot better with 11" tire over the factory 9". Also adds traction, and helps slide better in corners. Idk about the itp, bit if you get the DWT Wheels be sure and get the correct lugs nuts as well.
